RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 
Email us at info@gritmilano.com with your name, order number, details of the item you are returning.  We will email you back with a return form to fill out including a return processing number. Please include this number in all communication tied to the return to ensure prompt and efficient return process.

• Package up your item carefully and post back to us within 15 days of receipt, including your name and return form within the parcel.  

• Please retain shipping proof in case there are any issues with the post. Lost parcels can only be refunded with proof of postage.

• If you decide to ship back, please send us your purchase by local post, in this way to avoid any unnecessary delay in customs. If the item is defective, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order, we will be able to offer a full refund for your item or an exchange and reimburse your postage costs if applicable.

• We will send you an email when we receive your return and let you know that we have processed your refund.

Please ensure the item you are returning is unworn and in a saleable condition with its packaging. 

We are unable to refund items that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way.

We do not refund the original postage costs. We do not pay for the return postage charges and cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.

 

EXCHANGES

We will always replace items if they are defective, or exchange your new purchase if you require a different size of clothing.  If the replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund or you are more than welcome to choose another item of the same value.  If the item is incorrect or faulty and you need to return it we will refund your postage costs on receipt of the item.

Please be assured that we will endeavour to process all exchanges as quickly as possible but at busy periods it may take a little longer.



RETURN PROCESSING

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Please ensure you include the return form slip in the package including return processing number.  Without this form and return process number we cannot process your return.

Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 7 working days. We'll send you an email to let you know once we've processed your return with the details of any refunds and exchanged items.

After you have received your email please allow up to 10 working days for the money to appear in your account. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
